TERMS OF SERVICE

Pricing:

Depends on what service you may choose. We always offer to give an online estimate quote. If needed, we come out to you for a free obligation quote (within 20Kms of Perth CBD). Beyond this, a minimum fee of $50 is required whether we proceed with the work or not.

Bookings:

Please make a booking on our website to ensure you reserve your spot on our schedule.

Note: Spots are limited, so book fast!

Payments:

1. All jobs are to be paid within completion of the job; an invoice will be sent via our invoice system if required (we also accept bank transfers to nominated account)

2. Jobs above $500 require 50% deposit. This ensures that we get paid and your job gets completed.

Disclaimer for Digging and Underground Works:

At Fresh Green Gardening, we take great pride in our work and handle every job with care and respect for our customers’ plants and property. However, as with any gardening work, there are inherent risks—particularly when it involves digging. Digging may accidentally cause damage to underground pipes or services. For any bookings that require digging, please be aware that Fresh Green Gardening cannot be held liable for any such damages. We strongly recommend that customers ensure underground utilities are clearly marked prior to the commencement of work.
